Feelings are the feelings you experience when you are happy or sad. When I felt sad, I had tears in my eyes. When I felt happy, I had a lot of energy. What you can control is your thoughts. So when you feel happy, you can control your thoughts and so you are actually feeling more positive. So to feel happy, you need to feel normal.
