In theory, you should be able to take a deep breath and exhale all the air into your body. In practice, the opposite is true. This is because you have just done a deep breath and the air that you’ve taken in is now being expelled, with a lot of pressure. So if you know you are a hard-core exerciser, it’s worth trying to follow a breathing routine that will give you greater control over your own health.
When I tell my clients that I am a big fan of breath exercises, they either laugh or think I am crazy. But here’s one thing I think is important: Breathing exercises improve the quality of your life. You don’t need to see the doctor about this because you can do this at home.
