As life goes on, our bodies change, our hormones fluctuate, and we often gain or lose weight. We gain or lose pregnancy, we gain or lose weight during pregnancy, we gain or lose weight after pregnancy, and we gain or lose weight post-pregnancy.
It’s important to note that there is no one “right” weight or weight gain for a woman who is pregnant. There are many factors to consider, including your body’s response to the pregnancy, your general health, your personal health history, your lifestyle (which foods you eat and drink, etc.), and your emotional and relationship history.
For anyone who is experiencing unexpected pregnancy, or has recently lost a pregnancy, it is important to have a plan in place for what to eat, drink, and sleep for the first weeks after your pregnancy (if necessary).
To help with these issues, I have created this guide. It is designed to be as easy as possible for you to understand, and to guide you to make decisions and plan your meals and snacks for the first four weeks after you become pregnant.
