The majority of our stress is due to the fact that we are not paying attention to what we do. We have no idea how we are affecting others, and we have no idea how our actions will impact the planet. We are our own worst enemy, and we will continue to be so for as long as we allow our habits, routines, impulses, or reactions to affect our environment.

We spend 80% of our time worrying about our own actions. I have a friend who spends all day worrying about how to make her car go faster, or what color to paint her hair. But she’s also convinced that if she focuses on her own actions she’ll get ahead. Unfortunately, the truth about ourselves and our actions is that we’re just going to have to live with the consequences.

But if you need to live by your own rules, you have to learn them. It’s okay to feel stressed, but you have to learn to relax yourself so you don’t have to worry about it too much.

I like to think I have a calm disposition, but I have to admit I sometimes feel like I am dealing with a fight-or-flight reaction. The way I put it is when I feel like I am really stressed out and I need to start breathing but my body doesn’t know what to do. That’s fine. I don’t have to worry about it, and I can relax a bit.

A friend of mine once told me that you can’t really relax unless you take a vacation. But this is the point where she was wrong. You can’t relax unless you start taking a vacation. The only thing you can really relax about is yourself. The rest of the world can be a source of stress, but if you learn to relax about yourself, then you can relax about the rest of the world.

I’m not saying that everyone has to take a vacation. But for the rest of the world to be a source of stress, you have to take a vacation. And you definitely cannot take a vacation to relax.

I think it’s safe to say that the reason people go on vacation is to escape the real world. But that doesn’t mean that there isn’t still a lot of stress involved in our daily lives. It’s a stress that comes from the things we don’t want to do or the things we do. The things we don’t want to do (and the things we do) are all stressors.

This is why it is so important to take a vacation. But while you can take a vacation, you can also take a vacation from your stressors. The stressors are the things that you are not willing to do or the things that you do. This is why you need to take a vacation, so that you can take a vacation from the stressors that you have.

A vacation is one of the most important things you can do to relieve stress. But you can take a vacation from stressors, too.
