The main reason for being on autopilot is to get away from the stressful-life-cycle and to avoid going into a real-life-style break-up. Youre not on autopilot to be able to move things around. Youre not on autopilot to be able to get away from the constant stress and uncertainty.

It may not seem like it at first, but it will eventually get better. Your screen is probably more likely to be in that state. Youre not on autopilot to be able to look at your phone or computer in the most direct fashion. Youre not on autopilot to be able to spend time with friends and family and enjoy having your life with them, but you are on autopilot to be able to use your phone, computer, or anything in between.

The best way to get ahead in the game of stress is to know what your stress is. If you know what your stress is, you can develop strategies to reduce it. For example, if you are a bit stressed out, you might find that you can look to change your routine. Or you might take a walk, or you might go to the gym, or you might do some meditation. The truth is that you are always on a bit of autopilot.
