There’s something that happens to me a lot during the summer – I get a bit of cabin fever. It occurs when I’m not feeling well and my mental state is just so-so. The fact is that a lot of the time, when we’re on autopilot for so long, we tend to forget to think about everything in our heads.

Yes, it’s true. This is why we always need to ask ourselves what we are in the middle of. I know that it’s really hard to admit this, but when we were on autopilot, we would often forget about the things we were in the middle of. This kind of thought is called a “loop”. We have to deal with this sort of thing. The problem is that a lot of times we don’t really understand why we’re in these loops.

I know that I can’t keep a loop going for too long without someone telling me I’m in a loop, even if I just hear them talking. I can’t keep it going forever though, because we tend to start to forget what we’re doing when it happens.

When I do a certain thing, I stop thinking about it. When I have a bad experience and I feel really bad for it, I think about it for a while and I start to remember it, but the next time I go off and start another loop, I start to think about the next time I stop thinking about it for a second or two.
